We manufacture a product line of rechargeable lithium-ion cells and batteries for various applications, including for EVs, for commercial and industrial energy storage, and for data center use. We manufacture a variety of standard cells that are assembled into custom large batteries that are complete with battery management systems and electronics to communicate with other components of the system for performance monitoring. We specialize in working with the customer to engineer solutions using standardized cells in customized configurations.

In establishing and expanding the battery manufacturing facility, we have identified a successful place to reside within the supply chain and offer the following products:
Battery Module: A group of cells connected either in a series and/or parallel configuration with or without protective devices and monitoring circuitry.
Battery Pack: An energy storage device, which is comprised of one or more cells or modules electrically connected. It may include protective devices and control and monitoring, which provides information like cell voltage to a battery system.
Battery System: A system which incorporates one or more cells, modules, or battery packs. It has a battery management unit to cut energy off in case of overcharging, over-current, and overheating. It may have cooling or heating units. It is a completely functional energy storage system consisting of the pack(s) and necessary ancillary subsystems for physical support, thermal management, and electronic control with the thermal management system and protective circuit module, respectively.
Battery Management System: An electronic system associated with a battery, which monitors and manages its state, calculates secondary data, and reports that data and controls its environment to influence the battery’s safety, performance, and lifetime. The function of the BMS can be assigned to the battery pack or to the equipment that uses the battery.
Cell electronics: Electronic devices that collect and monitor thermal and electric data of cells or cell assemblies and contain electronics for cell balancing.
Protective devices: Devices such as fuses, diodes, or other electric or electronic current limiters designed to interrupt the current flow, block the current flow in one direction or limit the current flow in an electrical circuit.
Power electronics: The field of electronics which deals with the conversion or switching of electric power with or without control of that power.
